E-commerce & Content Intern

You have a start-up mindset and a real affinity for web marketing and e-commerce. You would like to join a fast-paced and stimulating adventure where you will be actively involved in the development of our business, focusing on the elaboration and execution of the e-marketing and communication plan. The mission of the E-Commerce Assistant is to bring continuous improvement to our website from a merchandising, conversion and user perspective.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Drive the online content by developing a unique online experience and service for the customers worldwide
• Work autonomously to meet launch milestones and respond proactively to unforeseen challenges
• Creation of digital marketing tools and materials (guide, catalogues, presentation brochures, etc.)
• Work to really enhance and improve the website and updating content daily
• Liaise with sales and operations teams worldwide to trouble shoot any issues with information flow
• Creation and coordination of website content in French and English while managing the relationship with our journalist and the translation agency
• Working with the Head of Digital to enhance website functionalities

Preferred experience

• Student in school related to business marketing / communication / web design
• Autonomy, sense of initiative
• Strong taste for innovation and new technologies
• Aesthetic sense, rigour and absolute concern for detail
• A positive attitude, good initiative, and enterprise
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
• Awareness of the world of luxury, design and French know-how
• Expertise in the Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Technical skills and knowledge of specialised software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat DC Pro)
• Fluency in English and French (other languages will be a plu
