The Claw Model is a modeling agency founded in 2018 which goal is to challenge the idea of traditional beauty, with the aim of highlighting diversity and inclusiveness within the fashion industry. The Claw is thus a hybrid modeling agency based in Paris constantly willing to expand. We are for now present in several big cities such as Milan, Amsterdam and very soon other international locations.

About the job

We are recruiting an office manager for our Dutch office who will be under the supervision of the General Manager. The main missions will be:

• Office Management: providing daily supervision aimed to the well-functioning of the operating office; from the assistance services to the administrative management:

• -  General services: management of purchases and follow-up of relations with external contractors; events coordination;

• -  Administration: centralize administrative tasks, follow-up the deadlines, handle of incoming and outgoing mail, follow-up contracts, coordination of administrative and financial tasks with the team, coordination of information with the operational teams;

• -  Human Resources: follow-up the recruitment process and the onboarding of employees; supervision of the payslips with the CPA and the Management, management of the attendance sheet (working days, holidays permits);

• Accounting Management:

• -  Active and passive invoicing process management

• -  Models and mother agencies’ statements management

• -  Control of the models' expenses charges and re-invoicing

• -  Customer recovery

• -  Banks accounts management

• -  Tax payments

  Required skills 

• -  At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

• -  Being at ease in an international context

• -  Excellent interpersonal skills and eager to work multicultural team and an agency in

  expansion

• -  Being reactive, pugnacious, excellent capacity of organization and adaptation

• -  Fluency in English and Dutch
