Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Content Producer to join our global creative team in New York. In this role, you will play an integral role in Tiffany's social media content, partnering closely with the creative teams, you will contribute strategically and tactically to the success of each campaign development. The Content Producer will have management responsibility following various projects from start to finish for Marketing and Public Relations and play a core role in interdepartmental creative needs. Additionally, the Content Producer will research, process and produce usage requests, image maintenance, presentation preparation, contract negotiations and budget management, and is a key communicator with external vendors, talent and agents.

Key Accountabilities:

Social Specific
  • Collaborate with Social Strategy team to make sure monthly calendar is up-to-date
  • Make sure final assets are in the correct format, saved in monthly folders and are ready to be posted.
  • Upload final assets to DashHudson
  • Upload final assets to test IG account
  • Publish assets

Creative Production
  • Commission shoots and artwork creation with internal and external photographers and relevant vendors including illustrators, production companies, stylists, hair and makeup, casting directors, model agencies, motion production houses.
  • Work with Executive Producer managing all aspects of producing Advertising, Catalogue and Interactive shoots, multimedia projects, pre and post production, castings, voice over sessions, handling additional projects as the primary lead.
  • Oversees in-house shoot production management.
  • Manage and maintain finance tracker.
  • Work with vendors for timely estimate and invoice submission.
  • Track projects budgets and estimates; contacts, photography agents, negotiate usage and permission rights.
  • Point of contact for all vendors and talent working on commissioned projects.
  • Ensure merchandise operations team manages merchandise meta-data/sku allocation matching with proper image captures.

Creative Project Management
  • Oversee proper placement and usage information for all assets created and licensed
  • Research photographers and illustrators, directors, editors, archive imagery, museum collections; assists with preparation of presentations, multi-media needs.
  • Manage Production Coordinator on research projects, usage inquiries and presentations and all daily work functions.
  • Maintain visual library and digital databases of images, wardrobe and shoot props.
  • Work with video producer to ensure all technical needs are clearly communicated and schedules are built and adhered to appropriately.
  • Work with Marketing Production to ensure stills post timelines are scheduled and adhered to appropriately.

Required Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • 4-7 years professional experience working in digital/social media marketing at a leading agency, global luxury or premium retail brand
  • MS Project and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven professional experience and ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must possess an exceptional standard of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven development and quality assurance methodologies is essential

  • Experienced professionals who possess the ability to work alone with minimal direction, while quickly integrating with the team and become recognized as a leader
  • Ability to understand technical, artistic and design related issues, with the skills to clearly distill and communicate issues to key stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge and passion for luxury brands a plus

The hiring range for this position ranges from $88,740 - $120,060. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
