Global PR Intern (F/M/D)
6 months internship, starting in April, based in Paris
About the role
Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Global PR Intern to support the Global PR team in all upcoming projects and campaigns. The role is a unique opportunity to support implementing the communications strategy behind some of the company's key initiatives. The intern will collaborate with various teams and departments to bring concepts to life and will get a deeper understanding of the brand and the world of PR.
This is a full-time role based out of our Paris office reporting to the Global PR manager.
What you'll do
- Reporting:
- Be able to follow up global coverage and track owned and earned KPIs,
- Create and manage global reportings and share bi-weekly PR updates
- Coordinate with regional Marketing managers to track local coverage and monthly reporting
- Create presentations to share Global PR results
- Perfect understanding of the Global PR tools and analytic skills to process the data
- Coordination:
- Supporting key global communications projects throughout the year
- Providing on-going project support to the Global / Local PR teams
- Assist with new market launches and corporate, sustainable, consumer campaign
- Support with the briefing for Linkedin posts
- Corporate PR:
- Help on daily corporate global interviews requests: gathering information, drafting answers
- Help on FR corporate requests management
- Consumer PR:
- Ongoing support for interviews: data searches and analysis, interview drafts, fact-checking
- Eventing: support with event details and setup
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a master degree in the field of Marketing, Communication, PR...
- Previous experience in PR is mandatory to allow us to delegate small projects with confidence
- Interest in corporate topics or previous experience in corporate com, tech, sustainability is a plus...
- Rigorous, strong attention to details
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking skills
- Copywriting and fact-checking skills
- Proactive mindset, taking initiatives when needed and used to working independently
- Collaborative spirit and creativity, interest and understanding of fashion trends
- Fluent in French and English
