Position Overview
Working within the Wholesale Marketing EMEA team in the Geneva office, the Wholesale Omni-channel Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving Ralph Lauren's mission to be the Leading Luxury Lifestyle Brand across Pureplayers, Bricks & Clicks, Bricks & Mortar, Franchisee & Specialty stores, with a focus on the Southern Europe region (France/Spain/Portugal/ Italy). The ideal candidate will be defining and leading the marketing strategy and roadmap for these regions, managing a team of 2, working hand in hand with the other regional managers and collaborating with local Sales teams and other EMEA Marcom departments. Key focus areas: digital, brand elevation, customer experience, innovation, budget management, data intelligence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Define and lead the implementation of the regional marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring resources and budgets are allocated in line with corporate and department's priorities. Strengthen & develop strong relationships with key players across digital and offline, leading seasonal strategic meetings, aligning with regional Sales teams, prioritizing and challenging plans to ensure biggest impact on brand image and business growth. TEAM MANAGEMENT - Lead and develop a team of 2 talents - Maximize personal development of direct reports with a strong focus on empowerment & accountability - Drive a culture of diversity and inclusion across all team members - Strengthen digital and data skills development and encourage continuous learning DATA FOCUS - Contribute to the development of the next generation of data leadership to drive valuable customer acquisition, reinforce customer retention and continuously optimize wholesale marketing strategies in your regions. - Contribute to the data strategy building, accelerating customers insights gathering & campaign-related KPIs acquisition and understanding. - Evaluate and include learnings into the regional strategies and deliver insight-based action plan to strengthen regional & partners strategies and evaluate success. DIGITAL EXCELLENCE - Be the guardian of Ralph Lauren's digital excellence with high-reach external partners within Southern Europe region and a key ambassador in the company's digital transformation. - Ensure digital is a priority, focusing on the maximization of campaigns' impact, always-on on-site brand elevation, consumer journey optimization, retail sales growth.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in omnichannel marketing fields
* Good knowledge of the marcom eco-system online and offline
* Proven track record of success in project and team management
* Experience and/or interest in Fashion/Luxury is a plus
* Proficiency in data analytics
* Highly organized and structured, with strong strategic thinking and vision, entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functions and cross-regions
* Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, curiosity, problem solving and high quality of execution
* Fluent in English, French, Spanish or Italian would be a plus
* Master's Degree or equivalent
