Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Creating displays and merchandising to maximize sales
• Daily styling and re-merchandising of areas given the direction from Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising.
• Producing quality work in a consistent, timely and organized manner
• Completing projects on time, responsibly and thoroughly from start to finish
• Uphold floor standards and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Working in a safe manner with minimum disruption to the selling process
• Performs other duties or assignments as requested or required to support the overall presentation of the elysewalker brand
• Provide unparalleled customer experience to clients
• Ability to understand selling reports in partnership with visual moves

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of our vendors are preferred
• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
• Ability to style in a multi-vendor environment
• Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint a plus)
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicator and creative problem solver
• Well organized with the ability to be flexible based on the needs of the business
• Vinyl application, preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field in a luxury retailer.

• Ability to lift more than 15 pounds
• Ability to stand for longer period of time, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, etc.) for a short distance
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times
• Must be able to work with hand and power operated tools in order to execute display set ups
