Production Controller

Acne Studios is recruiting a Production Controller, with the task of providing valuable support and qualitative analyses for collection development and production processes. The production controller contribute to improve profitability, transparency, and decision support in the areas of price, volume, margin, and stock. This is a role where you will get the opportunity to develop close partnership with different departments and being a member of Acne Studios controller community.

The role

This is a role that entails estimating sales volume and decision support for raw material pre-booking and production planning. As a production controller, you will compile reports on product development and production related costs and partner with commercial- and supply chain organization to optimize stock and replenishment. Further, you will review production and facilitate order placement processes with related production managers. Compile and analyze range of KPI reports across product and design functions. Further, you will develop, implement and follow up on sustainability goals. You will also develop and implement company strategies and policies on product, category and/or collection level. You will report to production control manager and belong to the product & design department.

This is a full time position.

You

We are looking for someone with academic degree from business school, engineering or similar, with a minimum of 2 years work experience in a controller role. Experience from retail and/or fashion industry is meriting.  Further we see that you have excellent analytical, as well as good organizational, and problem solving skills. You have advanced  knowledge in MS Office applications. Experience from Microsoft Dynamic AX, Centric PLM and MediusFlow is meriting. You are talented with numbers and attentive to details. You have high aspirations and understand the importance of excellence. You act with integrity at all times and have a natural ability to influence and build trust. You value simplicity over complexity and are guided by impact rather than prestige. You are pragmatic and hands-on and get things done. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are highly valued. And ideally, you enjoy working in a creative international environment with a wide range of personalities.
