Senior manager of Product and Integrity

Position: full-time role for a candidate who is energized by the compliance, regulatory and testing process. This Candidate will have the opportunity to support a growing compliance program with inventive initiatives and processes. This position requires an out of the box thinker who can effectively collaborate with the existing team, outside vendors, and across all levels of the organization.

 

 

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Executive team on compliance program development plan.

Drive cross-functional projects to continue the development of SKIMS compliance program.

Collaborate with Global sourcing, Audit, & testing facilities to develop and assist in carrying out compliance-related audits, & risk assessments.

 

Promote SKIMS culture of integrity by assisting with implementing an effective compliance communications plan.

·       Provide start-to-end support for compliance team.

Develop and efficiently manage SKIMS third-party due diligence screening, and conflicts of interest process.

Maintain a sound understanding of the business activities and applicable local, state, federal and international laws, and regulations.

·       Develop, update, and analyze quality KPI’s.

·       Developing & updating vendor manual requirements for compliance, testing and labeling.

·       Work in collaboration with all internal and external team members to improve efficiency through clearer communication and maintain consistency in testing and product compliance expectations.

Identify specific compliance priorities for the company; plan and prioritize activities based on risk on a prescribed cycle (e.g., development of annual compliance plan).

Collaborate with relevant teams to continuously enhance compliance training and monitor the effectiveness of compliance training program.

Serve as a trusted advisor to personnel with ethics and compliance questions or concerns.

Assist in updating SKIMS Code of Conduct and compliance policies, procedures, and resources, as needed, and ensure consistency across SKIMS compliance related policies.

Review commercial and other operational projects to identify and mitigate compliance risks presented.

Assist with preparing regular compliance program briefings.

 implement processes to identify and manage regulatory requests and deadlines.

Experience/Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent.

A minimum of ten (8) years of relevant work experience assisting with the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of product integrity, Ethics, and compliance program.

Experience with third-party due diligence

A Plus Experience with OFAC, FLA, and conflicts compliance.
