Bax Group is looking for a Copywriter to join the communication team. In this role, you will collaborate with creative and brand strategy teams to develop and write accurate, high quality copy in support of the corporate global brand and all other Bax products for internal and external audiences across multiple channels. This position creates engaging, results-driven content for digital, print, in-store and other consumer marketing materials. The ideal candidate is versatile and smart, with a displayed understanding of digital marketing.

  • Master the Company’s branding and voice tactics and how it translates into current market trends, search user experience (UX) best practices. Write compelling and grammatically clean content to ensure the Company’s value proposition and unique selling points engage the target audience across multiple digital and marketing channels. Write clear and informative product copy, which is reflective of the needs of the customer, and demonstrates brand tone of voice. Use your love for the written words to craft product copy that enhances and elevates our customer experiences across app and web. Ensure accuracy and fact-check all content. Update and refresh content as needed. Collaborate with our designers and product team, from product kick off through development and interaction, to ensure all product copy is cohesive and complementary to the overall digital experience. Stay current with copywriting best practices, strategies and industry standards, including compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain reliable attendance. Assist with training other employees. Work closely with product, marketing and communication Teams.



  • Native or fluent in English and German (C1-C2). Excellent grammar. 3-4+ years in copywriting for a fashion, technology or media company. Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to think creatively, translating ideas and visual concepts into copy. Strong time management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines. Collaborative, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactive in nature, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Familiar with SEO practices is a plus.
