Senior PR Manager

KOIBIRD is seeking a motivated Senior PR Manager to join its growing team. The Senior PR Manager will be responsible for implementing the brand’s global PR & influencer strategy, alongside the development of commercial partnerships and market expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global PR & influencer strategy on a seasonal basis 
• Cultivate new and existing press & influencer relationships at target publications within KOIBIRD’s core markets, holding a key focus on new media
• Outline & craft relevant PR materials for the season - press releases, PR lookbooks, weekly product mailers
• Manage the Fashion & PR Assistant and oversee editor communication & reporting
• Define focus markets, media lists and key messages to pitch to editors
• Manage all press budgets
• Liaise with Buying team to ensure strong editorial coverage in line with key product categories that need to be pushed for the season ahead
• Generate and manage all PR events to help promote KOIBIRD’s concept and product focuses in an engaging way
• Manage & co-ordinate founder interview & profile requests
• Manage and support commercial partnership proposals, with an emphasis on KOIBIRD’s prospective growth markets
• Produce and execute influencer & press gifting programs
• Strengthen KOIBIRD’s network of influencers / brand ambassadors to help promote visibility within key markets

Experience

• Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience gained within the luxury fashion arena - agency experience preferred
• Strong existing relationships with key UK & international media
• Pro-active approach to seasonal strategies - ideas-driven with an excellent understanding of new media
• Results-focused with an ability to work independently within a dynamic, high-energy team environment
• Exceptional written & communication skills
• Competence in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
