HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

A part of the Belts team, the candidate will contribute to Product Development Belts Team activities, taking care of the following tasks

What you can expect:

• Participation to creative product development process tracking creative and brand requirements;
• Performing and maintaining creative-technical sheets and range boards according to decisions taking during collections meetings;
• Managing products master data in SAP as well as in Product Lifecycle Management System;
• Monitor prototypes and launch arrival according to Company standards, policies and on time delivery;
• Guarantee the alignment between Salesmen Samples production and final proto meetings decisions.

Your profile:

• Have at least 2 years' experience developed in fashion International Companies in a similar role;
• High level of MS-Office, advanced competence in Excel, knowledge of SAP or PLM will be a plus;
• Strong interest and passion for fashion and leather accessories world (materials, products, process, markets);
• Fluent in English; Italian will be a post;
• Ability to manage complex and multilevel relations inside and outside the Company, as well as negotiation and persuasiveness capability;
• Have a strong team working, networking attitude and high organizational skills with ability to work by objective.
