    What you can expect:

    As part of newly created position, we are looking for a :


    Based in our Head Office in Paris and with Western Europe Hub (France, Spain/Portugal, Italy, Benelux, Greece and Turkey) responsibilities, you are a central contact person and key driver for all controlling topics.

    What You Can Expect:

    • Work closely with the management team in the HUB, the controlling teams in the markets, the different business areas in the HUB (Wholesale, Retail, Marketing...) as well as with the controlling department in the HUGO BOSS AG Headquarter in Germany ;
    • Analysis of business and financial performance and monthly closings for all countries; consolidation of HUB figures ;
    • Active participation in the budget / forecast process and operational and strategic long-term plannings ;
    • Preparation of ad-hoc reports and dashboards required by the management
    • Business Partner for the Wholesale and Retail Teams to support the wholesale expansion and main retail projects ;
    • Validation of business cases and evaluation of strategic projects from a financial perspective; Development of recommendations for action ;
    • Implementation and further development of reporting and tracking tools.

    Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous recherchons un(e) :


    Basé au sein de notre siège social à Paris et ayant des responsabilités au sein de hub de l'ouest (France, Espagne/Portugal, Italie, Benelux, Grèce et Turquie), vous serez interlocuteur(trice) central et un(e) pilote clé pour tous les sujets de contrôle de gestion.

    Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes:

    - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction du HUB, les équipes de contrôle de gestion des marchés, les différents services du HUB (Wholesale, Retail, marketing...) ainsi qu'avec le département de contrôle de gestion du siège social de HUGO BOSS en Allemagne ;

    - Analyser des performances commerciales et financières et clôtures mensuelles pour tous les pays ; consolidation des chiffres du HUB ;

    - Participer activement au processus budgétaire/prévisionnel et aux planifications opérationnelles et stratégiques à long terme ;

    - Préparer des rapports ad-hoc et des tableaux de bord requis par la direction.

    - Etre partenaire commercial pour les équipes Wholesale et Retail afin de soutenir l'expansion du Wholesale et les principaux projets Retail ;

    - Valider les analyses de rentabilité et évaluer des projets stratégiques d'un point de vue financier ; élaborer des recommandations d'action ;

    - Mettre en œuvre et développer des outils de reporting et de suivi.

    Your profile:

    • Master's degree in economics, business administration or related areas
    • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling ideally in a textile/ready-to-wear environment or audit/consultancy firm
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and good knowledge of an ERP system, ideally SAP
    • Analytical strength and excellent communication skills
    • Confident and professional appearance at all levels of the company
    • Team spirit and proactive attitude is part of your DNA
    • Fluent in English.


    Issu(e) d'une formation de type Bac+5 en économie, en administration des affaires ou dans des domaines connexes, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 à 5 ans en contrôle de gestion (idéalement dans un environnement textile/prêt-à-porter ou dans un cabinet d'audit/consultant).

    Vous avez une excellente connaissance d'Excel, de PowerPoint et bonne connaissance d'un système ERP, idéalement SAP.

    Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse et vos excellentes capacités de communication.

    Vous savez faire preuve de discrétion à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise

    Vous parlez couramment anglais.
