Store Manager (Flagship)

TOTEME is looking for a Store Manager to join the team in Stockholm. As Store Manager you will head the store, lead the team and be in charge of sales, targets, and clienteling. You will act as an ambassador for TOTEME and be in charge of the overall customer experience at our Swedish stores. You will report directly to the Head of Retail Experience. 

The role

• Deliver superb service to all customers
• Be in charge of sales performance and targets
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Support, educate and coach the team on the shop floor
• Recruit and train new staff and oversee their growth
• Create efficient workflows 
• Plan, delegate, action and follow up on daily operational tasks
• Create and maintain staff rotas and schedules
• Plan budgets and expenses with a sustainable and cost-conscious mindset
• Manage in-store events 
• Ensure strong visual merchandising, according to guidelines
• Manage stock levels, logistics and sell-through
• Implement company procedures and reporting activities
• Develop and execute new store policies and strategies
• Work towards long-term KPIs and business goals 
• Collaborate closely with the store manager for our other Stockholm location
• Contribute with feedback and insights to the buying team
   

Your profile

• A strong team leader with at least 3 years experience from store management
• 5 years experience from working in luxury retail 
• Experience from working in an omnichannel environment
• Experience from working in CRM systems
• Experience from back office operations management
• Experience from reporting and creating guidelines
