General Summary:
Lead new sales system launching plan and conduct training for all stores.
Establish store performance dashboard report and provide business analysis, ensure store keep improving retail excellence .
Conduct store visit and proceed operation review of store execution of SOP handbook, facilitate with internal contraol team to maintain flawless store operation.
