International Wholesale Intern
Sister Jane is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join its team as International Wholesale Intern. This is a hands-on experience within an international team aimed at developing the key skills in international distribution.
Reporting to the International Wholesale Manager, the International Wholesale Intern, will be providing administrative support to the wholesale team whilst participating in the growth of the Company's retailer base.
 

Responsibilities

• Market research to identify new wholesale prospects
• Maintaining the wholesale buyers and prospect database
• Reach out to prospective buyers for brand presentations
• Following up with customer enquiries 
• Support the International Wholesale Manager with buyer appointments
• Provide administrative support to Wholesale Manager
• Support the wholesale team with order taking and training new customer on the order management system
• Manage sample movement to buyers and prospects

Skills & Experiences Required 

• 1-2 years prior work experience gained via work placements or relevant positions in a fashion business
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Strong and demonstrable passion for fashion and product
• Passionate about client relationships and providing a seamless experience to customers
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
• Fluency in at least one European language
