Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing E-Commerce & Digital team.
In this role you will assist the wider E-Commerce team in executing paid performance and digital marketing strategy across the acquisition of new customers and an emphasis across CRM efforts within the UK & EU. Focusing on growth, you will work with the Head of E-Commerce & Digital to help to drive brand awareness whilst delivering against aggressive growth targets. Ultimately you will be responsible for helping to deliver a multi-channel digital marketing and e-commerce strategy in order to drive D2C performance for Billionaire Boys Club and ICECREAM EU.
Responsibilities
Paid Social
- Be the focal point between BBC ICECREAM EU and our paid social agency to ensure campaigns are being executed in-line with brand and commercial objectives.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with wider brand marketing strategy and product release roadmaps.
- Implement testing strategy to allow for campaigns to be constantly optimised for performance.
- Channel budget monitoring and optimisation.
- Research viability of bringing Paid Social channel in-house and subsequent execution of in-house strategy.
Paid Search & Shopping
- Point of contact between BBC ICECREAM EU and paid search agency to ensure channel value and campaigns are being executed in-line with brand and commercial objectives.
- Brief all copy requirements and campaign updates in-line with wider brand marketing strategy and product release roadmaps.
- Feed and product optimisation for improve channel conversion rate.
- Research viability of bringing Paid Search channel in-house and subsequent execution of in-house strategy.
Affiliate Marketing
- Manage and expand on BBC ICECREAM EU’s affiliate marketing channel.
- Report on publisher performance and monitor CPA-offerings.
- Approve/disapprove publishers.
- Actively look for new publishers to help drive incremental revenue.
- Brief all copy requirements and campaign updates in-line with wider brand marketing strategy and product release roadmaps.
- Feed and product optimisation for improve channel conversion rate.
- Research viability of bringing Paid Search channel in-house and subsequent execution of in-house strategy.
Organic Marketing
- Assist communications department with organic social and email marketing efforts.
- Provide further assistance in execution of organic marketing channels.
- Optimise website meta-data for increased SEO and organic search performance.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads essential (Google Ads & Analytics certification a bonus).
- Experience working with paid search ad platforms, google shopping feed optimization, and affiliate platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, you must be able to work with key stakeholders collaboratively and professionally both internally and externally.
- GA4 knowledge is a bonus.
- Media/budget spend management experience.
- Highly analytical to make recommendations based on campaigns performances and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry.
- Reporting background - from weekly top-line reporting, to in-depth campaign analysis.
