The Team

The Ecommerce team at PVH is responsible for managing the European-based and sites, as well as marketplace channels ("Partner Program") in all European markets. The team is made up of 150+ highly motivated and skilled professionals from various backgrounds and cultures, working together to achieve ambitious growth targets for the upcoming year.

A key focus for the organization is expanding the Partner Program (marketplace business model), which is a critical part of PVH's direct-to-consumer strategy. By using both the Partner Program and our own websites, we are able to target the right consumers with the right offerings through the right channels, ultimately creating value for the consumer and increasing customer lifetime value.

The Partner Program product team is responsible for the digital product development of the best-in-class Partner Program integrations and internal solutions. We strive to connect new marketplaces in a fast but scalable way, expand our existing partners footprint by entering new markets as well as continuously enhancing our platform and solutions. We evaluate new ideas by conducting market research and collaborating with our business partners, after which we develop and implement a product roadmap to support the growth of our marketplace business in a sustainable and efficient manner.

The Position

As the Product Owner of the Partner Program team, you will work closely with your cross-functional product team. You will be a leader who knows how to motivate and drive a product team forward, while being able to prioritize roadmap items based on data-driven insights and business needs. You will have a proven track record of success in product ownership and stakeholder management, as well as a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the product strategy for our marketplace platforms through market and competitive research, and data-driven analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, and develop a product backlog and roadmap
  • Own the product backlog, prioritize features based on business and customer impact, using agile methodologies
  • Work closely with your product team, stakeholders and third parties to achieve the optimal implementation of new partners and solutions which are smoothly embedded within the organization
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product vision and ensuring alignment on features and priorities
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by managing expectations, providing regular updates and gathering feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the product stays competitive

The Ideal Candidate

You have a strong 'can do' mentality and an eye for detail, as the tooling you will work on will be used across the business and the product data will be exposed to millions of visitors on the Partners websites. You are not afraid to propose out of the box ideas but always support them with data.
  • Master degree in business administration or technology
  • 4-7 years of experience in product ownership, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace space
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, marketplace platforms and a deep understanding of agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from concept to launch
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to work in an international environment, comfortable with working with different cultures, nationalities and languages
  • Strongly experienced with stakeholder management, able to work with different level of stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Passionate about new technologies, trends and innovations in the marketplace space
