Ecommerce Buying & Planning Intern

At the E-commerce department, you will be working with colleagues from many different nationalities who all share the same big passion for what they do. There is an incredible level of teamwork which you can see in the impressive results they achieve together such as building an online outlet within a week. As Ecommerce Buying & Planning Intern you will support the Ecommerce B&P team in executing seasonal strategies and processes for EMEA ecommerce markets.

The role

• Support the team with KPI reporting to highlight opportunities and risks in trade meetings and business reviews
• Learn key processes and understand product cycle from ranging to clearance
• Support with seasonal buy analysis (size analysis, ROS analysis, etc.) and buy file preparation (product ratings)
• Support with buy & collection presentations
• Trends researching for buy planning and monitor competitors' sites throughout the season
• Support with performance, stock & forecast analysis
• Create replenishment proposals for seasonal assortments
• Keep track of NOS stock & replenishment orders

We are looking for someone who is/has:

• You are data-driven and have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• You must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Taking initiative is something you do by nature, you are definitely proactive
• A flexible attitude and being eager to learn are key
• You feel comfortable with admin tasks because they allow you to use your great eye for detail and ability to work precisely
• This position is open to students currently undertaking Fashion/Business/Ecommerce or related degrees
• Available per March 1st 2023, 5 days a week, for a period of minimum 5 months
