We are looking for a Team Lead of Global Customer Engagement - Strategy & Planning (m/f/d)who is passionate about to drive the Customer Engagmeent Strategy of HUGO BOSS forward.Would you like to make a difference? What you can expect:

  • Support the VP of Global Customer Engagement with Customer Engagement strategy and planning definition, documentation and communication
  • Identify and develop business opportunities,innovative engagement formats, new ideas and commercial strategies to enthuse partners and consumers while at the same time increase CRM performance and achieve corporate goals
  • Lead and empower a high performing team in charge of working with Omnichannel, Marketing and other teams on aligning seasonal plans to attract, engage and convert members across channels
  • Execute competitive benchmarks and customer research to guide our Customer Engagement Strategy and key initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels across HUGO BOSS and our partners
  • Discuss monthly business reviews and represent progress against core initiatives, deliverables and annual strategy
  • Constantly update yourself about market and industry changes, latest trends and build a profound understanding of CRM/Loyalty processes and solutions
  • Represent Global Customer Engagement in Planning, Innovation and Strategy discussions across the organization


Your profile:

  • Professional experience in CRM/Marketing/Digital/Loyalty as well as in managing a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English with the ability and confidence to cooperate with colleagues and management throughout all levels of the company hierarchy, German skills are of an advantage
  • Ability to translate complex concepts in easy to understand ways
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, passionate about leading initiatives, projects and change
  • Structured and methodical way of working and high analytical skills
  • Distinct customer and service orientation, ideally experience in a Planning/Strategy/Innovation function
