Job Details

The IT Business Analyst as part of the Regional EMEA IS&T department will have the opportunity to implement, develop monitor and support new systems and platforms working closely with regional Business Partners and Global & Regional IT departments. He will report directly to the regional IT Director.

She/He will be a key contributor for the local deployment in the region of worldwide transformation program, by acting as project manager on various applications and functional domains. As such S/He will manage overall project schedule and planning, ensure communication with regional & central teams, produce status reports, monitor risks and issues.

She/He will be a key contributor to deliver value to business departments, by ensuring quality of support, identify and implement continuous improvements, identify and propose new processes and solution in consistence with company strategy and standards. The main area of responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

- Primary : Retail Operations, Point of Sales, Payment, Order Management System driving the Omni Channel transformation, Digital & Clienteling, Data and BI

- Secondary : HR, Finance, Supply

Missions :

Business/Internal Consultant
  • Partner with department leads and key users to define project scopes and requirements
  • Coordinate effort with Delivery and Infrastructure teams to validate scope, establish priorities and ultimately deliver the final solution
  • Review all requests for systems enhancements to ensure request adheres to overall strategic direction before taking action
  • Document business processes and associated IT processes for future reference

Project Leader
  • Co-Responsible for the overall project management and roll out of IT projects
  • Producing executive status reports to present to executives and department leads
  • Assess risk potential for projects and create proactive solutions
  • Ongoing management of overall schedule and resources throughout the duration of projects
  • Responsible for project budgets

Project Management
  • Coordinate/follow-up on project tasks
  • Co-manage resources with Delivery and Infrastructure leadership
  • Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios with the business; organize and coordinate UAT to ensure all scenarios are conducted and results properly documented

Profile :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems or business-related field
  • 3 years+ of experience in IT (consultant or internal IS team member)
  • experience in TECHNOLOGY/BUSINESS (Commercial: e-commerce, CRM, POS, OMS, Global Payment platform)
  • Proven success as business analyst; demonstrates ability to understand and anticipate business needs
  • Capable of working in an international context, global organization, matrix environment
  • Proven project management skills; Agile project delivery experience
  • Energetic and proactive attitude for learning and problem solving
  • Strong communication skills to interact with users while using empathy but still being influencer
  • Open mind to get new technologies and demonstrate an innovative Mindset
  • Previous experience on CEGID Y2 and/or SALESFORCE and/or POWER BI would be a strong asset for a candidate.
