To be part of our challenging, passionate world we are looking for a "Executive Assistant" to be charged in our HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.
What you can expect:
- Creating and following up agendas of top management
- Reporting, filing and following-up of daily tasks
- Ensuring all written and verbal communication within and outside of the HBTR for the Deputy General Managers
- Providing support for the realization of all corporate events
Your profile:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or a similar role
- Business English knowledge (both written & spoken)
- Business German knowledge is an asset
- Local&Global travelling opportunities will be available for this role
- MS Office knowledge
- Organizational and prioritizing skills
