Global Digital Marketing Director

In Massimo Dutti, we are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Director to join our Ecommerce & Digital team, in our Headquarters in Tordera, Barcelona, Spain.

Your main functions would be:

• Design, develop and implement the global strategy of the digital marketing plan with an omnichannel vision for the different channels of the company with clear objectives of brand awareness, acquisition, conversion, etc.
• Ensure a consistent brand image across all channels in all markets. 
• Coordination of the Email MKT and Paid&Organic Media team.
• Manage budget, increase revenue, increase customers & traffic on/offline and growth plans. 
• Set omnichannel performance indicators (KPI's) and track them.

How do we imagine you?

• Higher degree in Marketing/Advertising, Postgraduate or Master's degree in Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.  
• Knowledge & experience in Branding and digital platforms (FB Business Manager, Google analytics, Oracle, etc.).
• Valuable experience in fashion companies.
