About PVH

PVH is the growth platform for Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER. Through driving brand strength and relevance, we are connecting our global, iconic brands closer to where the consumer is going than ever before, today and with future generations. Guided by our values and enabled by our scale and global reach, we are driving fashion forward for good, as one team with one vision and one plan. That's the Power of Us, that's the Power of PVH+.

The Team

As part of the European Supply Chain organization, the Integrated Supply Chain Planning department is structured with a Supply Chain Planning team, and an Integrated Business Planning team. The responsibility of the Integrated Supply Chain Planning department is to orchestrate planning cycles for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands, and with all goods-flow-related functions (production planning, logistics planning, operations, DC planning and outbound planning).

Over the past years, the supply chain planning team has integrated all plans along the supply chain. A process has been developed to orchestrate the alignment of stakeholders through dedicated planning meetings. The tooling is also being developed with the implementation of a new solution. This process will serve as a base for Inventory Planning.

The Position

As the Manager, you further develop the roll-out of the integrated supply chain planning at PVH with process, tools and stakeholders' collaboration, being responsible to:
  • To own and develop the integrated planning process
    • To be the main expert about operational and supply planning, always aware of key insights (capacity, % seasonal achievement, inbound/workload levels, buy plan timelines, seasonal calendar)
    • To pro-actively add value to the plan with in-depth analysis and scenario making
    • To drive process and tools development towards the right level of granularity (management area, division, potentially channels - more TBD)

  • To own and develop planning tools
    • To own and further develop the process in the supply chain planning tool (Pigment)
    • To participate to the implementation of other planning tools (eg. Blue Yonder)

  • To develop the integrated planning team as well as a solid network
    • To develop both planners to be fully independent SMEs, pro-active on both areas (inbound and process - potentially outbound)
    • To retain and hire top talents (if applicable)
    • To manage the connection with all relevant stakeholders up to a Sr Director level (= ability to reach out ad-hoc and quickly initiate a collaboration and/or receive an information)
    • To engage with supply planning stakeholder's and take-over the ownership of the process and meetings

  • To facilitate the connection between integrated supply chain planning and IBP
    • To always be aware of the supply chain's ability to achieve financial targets (high level)
    • To raise concerns and participate to the problem solving when applicable

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 6-10 years' experience in inventory planning, IBP/S&OP, supply chain planning, and/or financial planning (fashion industry and/or consultancy is a plus)
  • Proven track-record of designing and implementing processes on a large scale and with multiple stakeholders' groups
  • Experienced in managing people
  • Problem solving and entrepreneurial mindset, proactively seeking for solutions and constant development. Able to work independently
  • Excellent communications skills, able to connect with stakeholders from all levels within the organization. Excellent presentation skills, comfortable in front of large audience and senior management. State-of-the-art PowerPoint slides creation.
  • Able to gain cooperation of others within or out of our department. Networks with senior internal and external personnel
  • Able to translate complex and large amount of data into clear and actionable insights
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
