Senior Product Quality Manager

Acne Studios is recruiting a Senior Product Quality Manager, with the task of leading the product quality process to guarantee materials and products comply with legal requirements and Acne Studios quality standards. This is a role where you will get the opportunity to lead and develop a team while actively contributing to the product quality of high-end collections in a progressive fashion house.

The role

This is a role that entails managing the quality assurance process including seasonal risk assessments, relevant quality tests during development and production process and advice on results. You will support with implementation of sustainability standards on matters such as certifications and traceability. The Senior Product Quality Manager will also provide valuable technical support to other internal departments. Further, you will partner and have a good working process with material-, product- and sustainability teams and ensure smooth and thorough handover towards production quality. You will report to Head of Quality and belong to the Product and Design department.

This is a temporary parental leave cover, full-time during approximately 1 year, starting in April 2023.

You

We are looking for someone with academic degree in textile engineering or similar technical education, and a minimum of 5 years’ work experience within quality department, preferable from high-end fashion brands. A great understanding of the development and production processes within high-end fashion is meriting. Further, you should have extensive knowledge of quality testing, understanding of chemical testing and a good knowledge on Chinese GB and/or other international legal product standards. As a Senior Product Quality Manager, we expect you to be a balanced leader with strong social skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally. You have high aspirations and understand the importance of excellence. You act with integrity at all times and have a natural ability to influence and build trust.
