Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the marketing output across all channels by being a champion of Brand, working with all channel owners to ensure Marketing Strategy & Brand values are met.
• Support in editing, copywrite and visual for communication/marketing including social media, website, and marketing tools such as newsletters, adverts and events.
• Reporting to the Global Directive Team

Reporting

• Report on the successes and challenges of the Marketing Strategy at the end of each FY.
• Pull PCAs, expanding on past reporting by including insights from Ometria system and Merchandising.
• Pull Competitor research docs
• Lead monthly reporting on all channels.

Marketing Calendar & launches

• Support of marketing Calendar, utilising in-depth insights from past campaigns and making informed suggestions to improve YOY performance & relevance. Supported by all channel owners and overseen by HOM.
• Support HOM with writing one pagers and ensure all relevant launch information is housed in a single location for the wider team.

Budget

• Support the senior team in managing the marketing budget
  Utilise knowledge of budget to support HOM's forecasts for future FY's.
  Support channel owners in spending their budgets (CRM gifting and Social content).

Campaign Shoots

• Utilising the e-commerce plans and working alongside the wider e-commerce & Marketing team, to support all campaign shoots. 
  Leading all logistics and operations of the shoots.

PR

• Responding to PR requests (including samples, imagery and product information)

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics;

• 2-4 years’ experience
• Experience in or a passion for the luxury market and menswear would be advantageous
• A proactive individual who works well in a busy environment
• Organisation skills are key to this role
• Marketing or PR degree would be beneficial but not essential
