Based in Miami, FL.  Tabayer has come to the market with a small but highly capable team of the jewelry industry and design professionals whose mission is to assist our Founder in making her vision a reality:   to make Tabayer a contemporary, sustainable, ethically-minded, luxury jeweler who redefines fine jewelry as objects of protection and creates timeless designs inspired by ancient wisdom and American Modernist Sculpture.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Increase distribution points, especially door growth with majors, and seasonal order volume. • Drive growth and profitability of wholesale channels on a global scale. Partner with the Founder to develop growth opportunities for the brand • Nurture relationships with existing wholesale partners and prospect new accounts • Ensure merchandise is productive and has healthy sell-throughs through weekly sales reviews, seasonal reporting, and event management • Lead seasonal market appointments both in Couture and in any other relevant markets, making product recommendations and reviewing final orders • Support the Marketing team in developing the marketing strategy for all wholesale partners and propose co-op budgeting opportunities to the leadership team • Negotiate contracts, profitability agreements, and payment terms • Oversee the shipping schedule with the team to ensure the timely delivery of the product • Leverage hind-sighting and reports to make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize business, and share learnings with cross-functional partners • Partner with the Senior Management team on merchandising opportunities and competitive analysis • Act as a brand ambassador and manage relevant marketing actions, including store events, trunk shows, product knowledge training • Carry out two in-person training a year for each account (per location) and submit feedback to the Senior Management team on the retail partner's feedback. 


Qualifications & Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in a luxury jewelry company with at least 4 years in a management role • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and data analysis • Proven track record in financial planning, driving margin and sales growth, bringing in new business, and managing a team • Relationships with department stores and specialty stores • Understanding of brand development within the market • Domestic and international travel is required for this position
