Arlettie has made the most extraordinary luxury accessible to those who adore and aspire to it. For over two decades, we have been meticulously curating our selections, from the finest fashion houses of Paris to the renowned jewellers of Place Vendome.

Having organized over 200 sales in London and Paris, and now expanding to online ventures, Arlettie is the foremost expert in private sales within the industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Arlettie. As the key driver of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing new partnerships and expanding our reach within the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing expertise in the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors: staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, understanding the organizational structures of key players, and identifying strategic challenges that can be addressed through partnerships with Arlettie.

  • Conducting targeted and effective prospecting: building a carefully selected prospecting list, developing unique and customized collaboration angles for each potential partner, and using creative and differentiated approaches to craft persuasive sales pitches.

  • Organizing meetings and creating a unique experience for each brand: identifying and meeting with decision-makers, and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from the initial contact to the signing of the contract.

  • Providing regular and structured follow-up to the team and founders: carrying out precise reporting and sharing your knowledge and insights with the team to continuously improve our approach.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in the luxury fashion sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a strong business instinct.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, combined with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build personal relationships.
  • A deep sensitivity to the world of luxury, fashion, and the art of living, along with professional fluency in English (both written and oral) and knowledge of Italian and French is a real plus.

If you are a creative and optimistic individual with a passion for business development and the luxury sector, we would love to hear from you.

Strong Excel and analytic skills are required.
