PR Intern

Assist the PR & Marketing team in London by providing support to the PR & Marketing Coordinator.  You will be focusing on sample management, administration and media reporting.

Range of responsibilities:

• Help coordinate all press requests on a daily basis, with the support of a PR & Marketing Coordinator
• Support on sample management including send outs, follow ups, feedback and managing returns
• Monitor office supplies and place reorders when running low
• Organise the sample set and ensure samples are kept in good condition
• Assist with local VIP and Influencer fittings
• Assist on execution of monthly gifting programs, including product ordering, packaging and arranging local couriers
• Monitor and track VIP and influencer coverage both online and in print
• Monitor coverage on a daily basis and inputting into media reports
• Work on monthly press report for final sign off by PR & Marketing Coordinator
• Support the team on all events by researching and documenting team ideas for upcoming internal and external events
• Support senior PR & Marketing Team

Requirements:

• Experience working within a luxury fashion brand or agency (a plus but not essential)
• Strong interest in fashion and retail
• Strong organizational skill and time management 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Well versed in influencer industry and social media platforms
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Ability to lift and carry samples/boxes in order to manage all courier logistics
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Minimum 3 month contract, immediate start
