Since launching in 2016 CDLP has built its characteristic aesthetic into a leading position within the luxury essentials market. With global customer demand for CDLP continuing to rise we are now looking to hire an experienced and forward-thinking global communications manager who will be an integral brand ambassador, driving brand awareness and impact across multiple external touchpoints

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communications, management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong editorial relationships across multiple disciplines (style, culture, lifestyle, travel, trade, business). They will work closely with our external communications agency on global strategy, and internally cross-departmentally with creative, marketing, commercial, growth, and e-commerce. They will project manage global activations and budgets of variable size and complexity.

Reporting to the creative director and CEO—with ongoing advisory and direction from external communications agency—the position is based at the Stockholm headquarters.


  • Main point of contact for everyday communication with global media, writers, stylists and opinion makers
  • Develop and execute brand and founders feature story angles across style, culture, and business/trade media—niche, independent, consumer, fashion verticals
  • Management of global editorial loans and VIP dressing
  • Develop VIP gifting program across men’s and women’s in key global markets, overseeing coordinator for execution
  • Contribute to growing list of external photographers and creatives for micro campaigns—manage database, and monthly presentation to internal teams
  • Develop niche gifting programs in line with key calendar events
  • Collaborate with internal commercial department and external communications agency for seasonal market activations in Paris, London, New York, and Los Angeles—develop target list for presentation of new collection and gifting programs.
  • Conceptualize and project manage events, including production and guest list management, and liaison with external vendors and contractors
  • Track, report, and evaluate KPIs including editorial placement, gifting programs, events, social campaigns, and limited edition projects.
  • Generation of monthly media activity reports for distribution internally, and to external partners.
  • Management of coordinator to maintain accuracy on sample inventory and trafficking.


We expect the ideal candidate to have:

  • Experiential event knowledge a plus, from event concepting, production management, guest list management
  • Proven track record executing marketing and PR campaigns with measurable results
  • Creative and entrepreneurial thinker
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Skilled at navigating and creating social content across social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram)
  • Strong existing relationships with creative, design and luxury lifestyle media outlets
  • Experience in the luxury fashion, beauty, and/or art and design space
  • A formal education within Communication &/or Marketing, if not, at least 3 years’ experience from similar positions within PR/Communications
  • Be able to to work efficiently with other departments throughout the business such as web, creative, retail, brand and wholesale
  • Have an understanding of our competitors and awareness of the market activity
  • Profound understanding of high end/luxury fashion and communications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • An interest in fashion as well as other creative fields such as art, architecture, music and literature
