Responsible for managing and growing a sales territory by understanding the product (i.e. construction, terminology, fashion trends etc.) and each individual store to sell-in the optimal assortment

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
  • Project & plan the business for each collection by account
  • Monitor weekly selling reports to make strategic business decisions (i.e. markdown and RTV suggestions to buyer) of how to improve the business and remain on gross margin plan
  • Ensure HUGO BOSS brands are displayed next to other appropriate brand adjacencies and properly merchandised in optimal locations
  • Visit wholesale partners regularly and educate sales associates about HUGO BOSS brands, organize in-store events, product knowledge workshops and conduct any seasonal training seminars
  • Meet with Senior Account Executive regularly to review wholesale business
  • Set up the showroom and schedule market appointments
  • Enter all pre-orders and stock orders into SAP system
  • Ensure all monthly shipping targets are met and address any necessary returns
  • Assist in training and mentoring Jr. Account Executives
  • Prospect new business


Your profile:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Fashion Merchandising
  • Years of Experience: 4-8 years of proven sales experience
  • Detail oriented, organized and a strategic thinker
  • Good understanding of the department store business and how to analyze the business with "retail math"
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
