Job Title: Senior Analyst, Treasury

Primary Purpose:

Reporting to Treasury Director, the Senior Analyst, Treasury will be based in Shanghai and will be responsible for the day-to-day execution treasury operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and excel skills and in-depth understanding of financial statement analysis. In addition, the ability to think strategically, develop effective business partner relationships and seek opportunities for continuous improvement is highly preferred.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in finance to:

Treasury Operations
  • Set daily cash position and recommend internal funding
  • Process internal cash settlements and third-party wire payments
  • Maintain short-term liquidity forecast, analyze and investigate cash flow trends and variances
  • Support Treasury Manager in Singapore to monitor cash balances and review cash management and investments report in order to make recommendations with respect to use of excess cash
  • Settle intercompany FX hedges and spot purchases, as required
  • Develop and maintain cash management and investment reports
  • Prepare quarter-end cash reporting and SEC support documents
  • Manage new bank account opening and closing and manage ongoing KYC requirements as requested by banks
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly cash and investment reporting for senior management
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and banks to resolve and research issues promptly and accurately
  • Support Treasury Manager in Singapore Review and process new/amended letter of credit and bank guarantee requests from local Asia & Europe subsidiaries


Special Projects
  • Identify opportunities for business process efficiency improvements
  • Assist with strategy development and implementation of cash pooling structure
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary
  • Work across teams to support acquisition integration as need arises
