Job Summary

The Support Manager, Logistics is responsible to facilitate and coordinate the shipping operations of all Bergdorf Goodman stores. The SML partners with the associates to ensure all store logistic functions are delivered with the highest level of client satisfaction.

Job Duties

· Communicates daily operational objectives with their team while creating a workflow.

· Oversee express shipping, messenger service, wrapping and vertical transport center.

· Train and develop their support associates.

· Build a cohesive customer service driven team.

· Partner with the selling team to identify and resolve potential customer service issues.

· Ensure daily coverage in all areas to maintain store operational standards.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree.

· Experience in Operations Management preferably in retail.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and support multiple functions within the department.

· Ability to self-manage projects and timelines.

· Positive attitude and a team player.
