We are looking for a Vice President EMEA Merchandise Management!

What you can expect:

  • Responsibility for all brick and mortar merchandising functions in the EMEA region including Planning, Buying & Trading
  • Strategically driving sustainabletop and bottom line growthinline with group merchandise efficiency targets
  • Managing 6 hub or department leaders across EMEA with a wide scope of responsibilities
  • Acting as the central point of contact for our Global Merchandising functions to align regional market needs
  • Working collaboratively in a matrix organisation with our top management across 4 EMEA hubs


Your profile:

  • At least 10 years of retail merchandising & buying experience
  • Proven experience in and in-depth knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Multiple years of experience in effectively motivating, developing and managing high performing leaders and teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, high attention to detail, outstanding goal orientation
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change
  • Proven ability to thrive in a complex and matrix organization, seamlessly handle multiple tasks and priorities as well as bring vision to life
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
