Job Details
The Spare Parts Specialist is responsible for maintaining exceptional spare parts management lead time standards to maximize customer satisfaction as part of Kering Americas' After Sales and Repair Center located in Wayne, New Jersey.
The Spare Parts Specialist is the main point of contact of all Kering Brands for spare warehouse and orders management. The role defines picking priorities, creates and manages spare parts picking list, and analyze the possible seasonal forecasted spare parts warehouse stock needed.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Pick spare parts for repairs and shipments on daily basis
- Communicate with internal brand clients on possible issues and alternative solution to use
- Identify and implement improvements to apply on spare parts warehouse management
- Monitor and supervise spare parts sourcing and availability
- Provide feedbacks to all brand HQs for stock strategy definition
- Perform spare parts inventory warehouse counting
WHO YOU ARE
- Work experience in After Sales Services, Repair Center and Supply chain
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, preferably in fashion
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Problem solving skills
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Russian or Mandarin / Cantonese / Simplified Chinese)
