Job Details

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Paris, for a permanent contract.

MAIN MISSION :

o    Deliver a unique VM & sensorial experience in-store with a clear and commercial message, always dedicated to customers’ discoveries, needs and dreams.
o    Ensure constantly high-level displays of the products in stores or during events, through refined styling & high standards of visual merchandising.   
o    Collaborate closely with internal partners (Corporate VM, Marketing, Customer Experience, Commercial Direction, Retail Merchandising, Product Divisions and Stores). 
o    Participate in the set design of the internal & regional shootings. 
o    Train and cultivate the VM ambassadors’ skills in-store, focusing on styling.

OBJECTIVES :

1.    Visual Merchandising

o    In collaboration with the stores team, set up the VM in each location (drop introduction & rotations) in respect of the seasonal schedule and considering regional specificities (eg: Fashion Weeks, Film Festivals, events…) and stores daily life and commercial objectives. 
o    Analyze, on a weekly basis with the Retail Merchandising department, the stores results by category and work on action plans accordingly.
o    Make each store unique and oriented on the customers mix.  
o    Deliver stores openings, pop up and special projects on schedule. 

2.    Windows

o    Work closely with the windows team on timely regional execution (production with external supplier management, budget monitoring, local set up…)
o    Handle windows rotations based on global / regional calendar. 

3.    Mannequins & Props

o    Make sure each store has the right tools to display the products. 
o    Being the guardian of the prop’s storage in store and central warehousing 
o    Place stores orders on a seasonal basis and for store openings / special projects 

4.    Communication

o    Ensure regular reportings are done at HQ and at regional levels, including competition benchmarks. 
o    Organize bi-weekly calls with HQ.  
o    Partner with Marketing & Client Experience teams on events or special projects 
o    Be part of the store morning briefings on a bi-weekly basis

PROFILE & SKILLS :

o    5 years experienced in VM (and ideally experienced in sales)
o    Constantly updated on competitors and cultural aspects / fairs, etc. of the region 
o    Recognized skills in styling, understanding of customers behaviors, 
o    At ease in management (in-house & outside stakeholders), training and communication 
o    Able to deal with emergency and new priorities, positive and constructive, proactive, organized.
o    Team player & constant source of proposals. 
o    IT skills: Microsoft package 
o    Language: French & English
