Production Coordinator / Fit Technician

The project!

We are looking for a Production Coordinator/Fit Technician for our Showroom based in Nice.

What wiil the role entail?:

On Collection Development:

• Support the designer(s) on sourcing new materials (wovens, knits).
• Keep track on these sourcing developments by communicating with our vendors.
• Creation of technical spec sheets for the Tech Packs for initial Proto sampling.
• Sourcing and Development of new trims and materials as per Brand specifications.
• Prepare initial cost-price setting.

On Sampling and Production:

• Prepare and update all Product files from Development to Production fitting of Proto-, Salesman- and Production samples, make all necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect fit on our fitmodel(s).
• Make sure our size specs and other specifications are always up-to-date and correct, including the grading.
• Communicate all fit- and size spec comments with our vendors
• Prepare and send out all detailed production comments on Proto-, Salesman- and Production samples to our vendors.
• Follow up on all communication and make sure this is clearly filed.
• Ensure quality and fit standards are met.
• Managing Product data in our PLM systems.
• Make sure that all deadlines are met.

Requirements of the position:

• Minimum experience in a similar role of 3 to 5 years,
• High level of MS Office, Excel, knowledge of PLM is a plus.
• Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
