Job Details

This role will assume sole responsibility for driving the Digital Marketing performance and operations at Maharishi. Reporting to the Head of Retail, working closely with the eCom Trading Team, Content Manager and Digital Designer to own all Digital Marketing channels and deliver financial growth whilst retaining brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Manage and act as lead liaison to the Digital Marketing agency for all paid marketing activity.
  • Manage Digital Marketing budgets and spend, optimising best ROI and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with Content Manager and eCommerce Trading Team to build content and trading calendars to align brand activity, these include Homepage, Landing Pages, Email, Social, Paid Activity and Physical Retail.
  • Reporting / trade analysis  - Provide comprehensive analysis and report on all performance, engagement rates, conversion rates and ROI. Present to senior stakeholders.
  • Define short, mid and long-term digital marketing trading strategies in collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Assist eCom trading team if required during peak periods. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or comparable ESP is desirable.
  • Experience with Adwords, SEO tools is desirable.
  • Experience working with localisation provider Global-e is desirable.
  • Impeccable communicator in written and verbal English is essential. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency across cloud based team solutions, and CMS / ERP softwares - including Shopify, Zendesk and Brightpearl.
  • Experience providing feedback and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask.
  • Deep affinity and understanding of Maharishi and its values.
  • The ability to navigate and understand the intricacies of working for an independently owned company.

This role is not remote and requires full time attendance at Maharishi’s Soho, London office.
