The Supply Chain Financial Analyst will support the organization through the analysis of operational data, participating in the development of financial plans and forecasts, and preparing ad hoc analysis for special initiatives. The individual will be required to gather and validate information necessary to provide analytical, fact-based assessments which will aid in the decision making needed to drive business results. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to understand and influence the business, learn the company systems, enhance the individuals' analytical and communication skills, and interact with various management teams.

  • Coordinate with management to create financial forecasts and plans
  • Participate in the month-end close process to ensure the accuracy of financial results
  • Prepare month-end reports using excel based financial models
  • Forecast, analyze and provide summary of operational metrics
  • Develop and update models to provide analysis for various financial conditions related to business operations
  • Provide ongoing tracking, reporting and analysis of trends in various operating areas
  • Utilize multiple systems and software applications to execute tasks
  • Identify potential business issues and opportunities through data analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Hyperion and Essbase skills
  • Comfortable when challenged with difficult, unstructured problems that must be solved quickly
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry or supply chain
  • Strong financial modeling capabilities utilizing data from numerous sources
  • Strong planning / organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An inquisitive nature and can-do attitude
