Operations/Logistics Intern

Come join FIGS' 2023 Summer Internship Program! We are excited to bring on a Logistics Intern to join the Operations team! As a member of the Operations/Logistics team, you will be exposed to inbound freight (air & ocean), launch preparations, and cross-functional communications/reporting . During this 12-week immersive internship program, you will gain hands-on work experience, develop & refine skills, network & learn from established professionals, all while exploring future potential career paths.

What you'll do:

• Supporting end-to-end inbound logistics processes
• Reviews of booking requests
• Updating shipment statuses
• ASN creations
• Coordination of warehouse deliveries
• ERP system uploads
• Work closely with Sr Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain Associate
• Run and send weekly product report to the Planning Team
• Add new shipments to Deliveries sheet and update handover dates weekly
• Run Product/Active report bi-weekly before Pre-Launch Review
• Monitor Packaging/Supply Usage

About you:

• Pursuit of a college degree in Supply Chain Management or a related major
• Should be able to commit to 12 weeks of the internship and be able to work 20 hours per week
• Self-driven, positive and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Ability to communicate effectively via email and Slack
• Willingness to be exposed to other departments through cross-functional efforts

Program details:

• Ability to commit to a 12 weeks internship program and work 20 hours per week
• Ability to commute to our Santa Monica office 3x a week
• Compensation for this position will be $16.00/hour
