We are looking for an intern to join the Brand Voice Team in our Metzingen headquarters for six months, from 15.04.2023.

We are an international team responsible for the written voice of HUGO BOSS worldwide, on all marketing channels and in all languages.

Your role will be to support the team on a daily basis, particularly in product copy and translation management.

What you can expect:

• Support the Translation team in managing a complex and fast-moving daily translation workflow, uploading text files and reference material in multiple formats and tracking the process from submission to delivery
• Manage the translation email inbox, assigning tasks to team members on a daily basis
• Carry out competitor research and create presentations in PPT as required
• Assist with the preparation of seasonal KPI report presentations for product copy
• Provide support where required for all other team tasks

Your profile:

• Affinity for language learning, open and curious nature
• Highly proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical skills, able to manage the assigned tasks with great accuracy
• Ability to master new tools quickly and confidently
• Superb organizational skills, can work in a dynamic environment setting own priorities
• Very strong communicator with the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, positive and can-do attitude
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
