Position Overview
The IT Infrastructure Project Lead is a permanent position that will be responsible for the delivery of IT infrastructure and end-user-equipment related projects across the EMEA region. Working together with the RSM EMEA team who are collectively responsible for the delivery of IT systems and services across all retails locations throughout Europe, Russia and the Middle East, the project lead will have a strong responsibility of site/store opening projects from the IT perspective. The IT Project Delivery Manager will be undertake tasks both onsite and remotely, as well as coordinate partner engineer visits where necessary. Partnering with regional business leads, they will recommend and plan all technology to be installed and be responsible for the successful delivery of said equipment on time, and in budget. Additionally, the IT Project lead will contribute as a member of RSM EMEA team to provide support to regional users and locations either by direct action or by engaging external service providers or technicians.
The IT Project Leader will be an organised and pragmatic multi-tasker, working as part of the RSM EMEA team to deliver comprehensive, quality solutions that improve IT standards. They will encourage a culture of constant improvement, and first-class customer service to the Tiffany business.

Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Proven ability to deliver multi-site IT infrastructure related projects
- Experience in delivering new store openings
- The ability to manage multiple projects / activities at a time, and to prioritise appropriately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work outside of working hours as necessary
- The ability to travel 10-30% of the time within Europe and Middle East
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Strong Analytical skills
- A working understanding of Windows domain services (DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, etc.)
- Fluent in English and French
- Must have authorization to work and remain in France
Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
- Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
- One or more of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish
