Feng Chen Wang is a London and Shanghai based designer brand founded by Fengchen Wang in 2015, after graduating from the Royal College of Art’s prestigious Fashion Menswear MA. Describing her aesthetic as “future-modern, authentic and multidimensional”, Feng focuses on technical deconstruction, creating gender fluid clothing that is functional but at the same time conceptual and personal, drawing on her life experiences and Chinese heritage. 

 

The brand is expanding and hence looking for a talented, passionate Ecommerce & Wholesale Co-Ordinator early and ambitious in their career, and excited to help drive the growth of the Feng Chen Wang business.  The Ecommerce & Wholesale Co-Ordinator will be involved across all sales channels, that currently encompasses DTC ecommerce and popups; as well as prestigious international B2B brand collaborations (recently including Canada Goose, Ugg, and Converse) and wholesale distribution.  Already in 2023 we’ve had some exciting activations that have driven traffic to our sales channels – we’ve showcased on the runway during Paris Fashion Week, and hosted a five day popup in London’s Mayfair district with a busy programme of events. We’ve another runway planned for Paris in June this year, two more B2B sales showrooms, and some more prestigious collaboration launches that we can’t reveal yet.  So the Ecommerce & Wholesale Co-Ordinator will have plenty of marketing assets to support their work.

 

The main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Co-Ordinator are to:

  • Identify growth opportunities and assist to plan and carry out weekly / seasonal sales strategy and activations across B2B and D2C channels Help with researching and identifying new B2B customers as well as D2C customer segments for targeted marketing Assist with D2C E-mail marketing production and strategy and social media / paid search avenues, and assisting with optimisation of content for SEO
  • Manage customer end to end customer journey, building personal customer service relationships, delivering them to exceptionally high standards across all channels Direct personal outreach with our VIP customers offering an elevated brand experience
  • Assist with researching and implementation of key seasonal events and new marketing/sales projects within the business
  • Look after D2C product management and visual merchandising: Creating succinct and accurate product copy adhering to brand tone, creating size guides, assist with online inventory management, ensuring Shopify data is clean and uniform, and that all pages are presentable and are driving traffic to the correct areas of the site
  • Ensure efficient order fulfilment communications across all channels
  • Analyse costs across all channels, seeking out solutions to reduce costs and improve profitability wherever possible.
  • Report KPI achievements across D2C and B2B activities
  • Other duties as required from time to time.

 

The post is full-time, and located in Hackney, East London.

 

About You

Professional Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree level in marketing focus or 2+ years in relevant E-Commerce, UX and online shopping experience role  Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload Computer literate with strong competence working with Microsoft & Adobe suite Knowledge of Shopify, Facebook business manager & google analytics ESSENTIAL Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • Commercial acumen – demonstrated experience in driving business KPI’s. Excellent communication skills including the capacity to converse warmly and effortlessly with customers. Deep affinity of the FCW brand Right To Work In The UK status.
