Prada Business Budgeting Specialist

JOB PURPOSE   

Prada Business Budgeting Specialist is included in Prada Business Analytics and Budgeting Department and is in charge of strategic sales budget development referred to Prada brand at WW level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support for definition and coordination of sales budget development, liaising with Regions subsidiaries, the central finance department and HQ retail merchandising team
• Management of Oracle planning tool ensuring the process’ efficiency and coordinating with external consulting company in charge of the backend activities
• Recurrent collaboration with Regions subsidiaries to weekly monitor sales progress and coordinating sales forecast activities
• Support for the analysis of retail and merchandise KPIs
• Support for the analysis of commercial KPIs (i.e. Value/SQM, Store Profitability, VPT)
• Elaborate ad-hoc business analyses on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
• Monitor of sales performance for channels: Retail, E-commerce, Outlet

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Master’s degree in economics, management and engineering

Work experience at least 1-3 years in Sales analysis, Planning, Controlling, better if gained in luxury, retail business or consulting

Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach and conceptual thinking

Flexibility, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure

Good communication and presentation skills

Full proficiency in English

Proficient use of Excel, knowledge of Phyton would be considered a plus
