As the Merchandiser, she/he is to ensure that we deliver target sales and profitability in the Full Price and Off-Price business through strategic planning and in-season trading, managing the intake and OTB to deliver the stock requirement needs for the business.
What you can expect:
Oversee the merchandise management and strategy for own areas, working closely with the Merchandise Manager.
Develop merchandising reports for department and cross-functional needs.
Collaborate with the EMEA Buying & Planning teams and sign off all seasonal buys, ensuring a commercial & profitable range that reflects departmental strategy and fits the need of the market. Ensure that all historical & market feedback informs range strategy development.
Plan markdown budget while developing an effective markdown strategy ensuring that planned markdown spending is in line with financial plans at the department level.
Ensure that terminal stock issues are highlighted early and agree on an action plan with the Merchandise Manager.
Responsible for in-season trading: Manage stock levels for NOS and seasonal/fashion stock at style / color / store level. Oversee replenishment, stock re-groups, and consolidations to drive Sell through as well as best sellers and product opportunities.

Presenting and participating in EMEA & Market Trade Meetings for weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews.
Conduct market visits and build strong relationships with Area/Store Managers.
Partner with the Merchandise Process Development Team in system projects, participating in development calls. Guide the Allocators in managing intake, allocation of stock, and ad-hoc analysis.
Your profile:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Merchandising (or a comparable field).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
Distinct planning and analytical skills.
Strong at prioritizing workload and with a flexible attitude to change in priorities.
Team player, excellent communicator, and confident manner as well as assertiveness.
Fluent English skills.
Proficient in all MS Office applications and SAP. Advanced Excel skills are needed.
