The project!

We are looking for a Traceability, Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain Analyst, social  specialist, to join our Transformation Office Department.

The candidate will ensure transparency and ethical behaviour within the company's supply chain through traceability systems.

What will the role entail? 

  • Implement traceability systems to ensure transparency in the supply chain.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure adherence to ethical sourcing standards.
  • Follow up on auditing procresses for suppliers and sharing with them corrective action plans for improvements on non conformities.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to supply chain management.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure and report on the sustainability of the supply chain.
  • Provide regular reports on the sustainability and ethical performance of the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain for efficiency and sustainability.
  • Work with external stakeholders, such as NGOs and industry associations, to stay up to date on sustainable supply chain best practices.

Requirements of the position:

  • Bachelor or Master´s degree, knowledgeable in Business, Economics or Engineering, Sustainability.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on sustainability and ethical sourcing.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in the fashion industry.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing traceability systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken, minimum C1). Spanish is a plus.
