Credit Controller

Mirabel Edgedale showroom is based in London with headquarters in Battersea.  We also have a showroom in Paris 

Looking for keen applicant to join high end Sales Showroom with very tiny staff at present - with growing possibilities.

We would be looking for  this person to join as soon as possible and with the opportunities of growing within the accounts side.  

Right candidate 

• Ideal Candidate should have higher education
• Excellent communication skills 
• Experience in accounts management /credit control in one organisation at least 2 Years 
• Able to work in SW london in office and ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of budgeting and management of income 
• Great Opportunity for right candidate 

  The role involves:  

• Ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits posted to individual accounts and verify the accuracy of balances of Accounts
• raising invoices, credit notes, order confirmations
• chasing invoices due for payments
• chasing deposits once orders are sent into production
• Provide copies of invoices, credit notes and statements to customers
• Manage all types of debit notes and proof of delivery requests; liaising with Supply Chain and Sales to ensure a fast resolution of all pending queries
• Who has excellent attention to detail and an eye for numbers

The candidate should have 3-5  years experience preferably in fashion

Salary is £40,000 for 4 days per week.
