Primary Purpose:

Mainly support to VP, Head of HR, Coach Asia, and VP, CFO & COO, Coach and Tapestry Asia, for daily working. In addition, organize the team events and participate projects.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Administration to...

  • Manage calendar online for Coach China GM of Business priorities
  • Organize correspondence including screening and answering phones, processing incoming mail, completing expense reports, processing invoices, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate regular updates with key staff members and internal business partners
  • Coordinate trips/agenda for executive visits and prepare for meetings with external partners/visitors
  • Assist in preparing speeches and internal presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned from line manager according to business needs

  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin in oral and written.
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience gained from a US multi-national company.
  • Excellent communication ability both written and verbal.
