Freelance Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for adidas showroom

You are an experienced sales person with organizational skills who has deep knowledge of the wholesale luxury fashion market and experience of showroom sales campaigns. Additionally, you are passionate about fashion and convince with clear communication and presentation skills paired with confident negotiation abilities. We are looking for someone based in Milan (Italian speaker) with excellent English, plus any additional language is highly appreciated.

Your mission 

• Presenting and selling the seasonal collections to customers, meeting the brand targets in term of strategy and budget
• Supporting the Area Sales Managers during the sales campaigns with appointments and order entry
• Supporting the sales team with the showroom coordination and organization 
• Establish customer relations and develop business opportunities
• Direct reporting to Area Sales Managers on relevant seasonal targets 
• Feedback Product Team on collection potential and development

Your profile

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion wholesale business
• Professional sales skills and techniques 
• Knowledge of the EMEA luxury fashion market with focus on south Europe
• Team-work attitude and flexibility with a solution-driven approach 
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of specific systems and B2B software for order management 
• Passion for sales and enthusiasm for fashion
• Excellent product and brand knowledge 
• Independent, precise, structured and dynamic 
• MS-Office skills (Excel is mandatory)
