What you can expect:

  • Maintenance of all social media channels ensuring all content and (social commerce) features are up-to-date to ensure a seamless customer journey for our global audience
  • Keep up with new social formats, beta tests, derive recommendations and optimize tactics
  • Create and implement Community Management and Crisis Management guidelines
  • Develope strategies to build communities increasing brand reach and the number of active members on all social media platforms
  • Oversee hands-on day-to-day community management of the brand social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and upcoming new platforms) engaging and moderating comments and sharing insights with wider marketing teams
  • Implement and manage social media monitoring tool to respond to users on a daily basis and motivating them to interact with the brand
  • Identify opportunities to engage with and develop stronger relationships with our communities as well as talents, celebrities, content creators, athletes and key stakeholders
  • Manage critical issues when they arise, working closely with Corporate Communications on crisis management
  • Track, report and analyse social media initiatives and campaigns to provide actionable insights for continuous improvements, working closely with the social media managers


Your profile:

  • 3 - 5+ years experience in social media marketing / community management for a global company
  • University degree with bachelor or master level
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of digital media landscape, particularly within social media
  • An understanding of major Asian social networks is a plus - WeChat, Weibo, LINE
  • Proven track record of community management
  • Experience with social metrics, social listening, web analytics tools and data driven insights
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Very solid analytical skills required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Resilient with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in the fashion industry is strongly preferred
  • Very good/ fluent knowledge ofEnglish
