DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous recherchons au sein du département RH de PVH South West Hub (France, Belgique, Espagne) un.e Senior HR Advisor basé.e à Paris pour manager une population siège et retail située en Belgique.

Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir au sein du siège Belge situé à Anvers.

Vous serez en charge d'accompagner vos interlocuteurs.rices sur l'ensemble des sujets RH. Véritable Business Partenaire, voici les principales missions du poste :

- L'accompagnement des équipes opérationnelles au quotidien : conseil RH, accompagnement des dossiers disciplinaires et contentieux

- Relations sociales : préparation et co-animation des réunions Works Council, gestion des relations IRP

- Management d'une HR Officer

- Projets RH : responsable du déploiement des projets RH locaux et européens

- Suivi des effectifs et des budgets RH alloués au périmètre

Enfin, vous êtes le/la garant.e du respect des obligations légales de votre périmètre.

A propos de l'équipe

Vous serez rattaché.ée à la Senior HRBP Manager Siège et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la HRBP Manager Retail pour tous les sujets relatifs aux boutiques et grands-magasins. Pour nous, l'esprit d'équipe est essentiel et nous sommes convaincus-es que travailler dans la bonne humeur permet de contribuer à la performance !

Profil recherché

Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 4 ans sur un poste RH généraliste, idéalement dans un univers Retail ou multi-sites.

Nous recherchons des personnalités dotées d'un excellent relationnel, d'un sens de la communication, d'un goût du challenge et d'une culture du résultat.

Savoir anticiper, être réactif.ve et être force de proposition sont des compétences clés pour ce poste.

Vous êtes expert.e du pack office et notamment d'Excel et Power Point que vous utiliserez au quotidien.

Vous parlez couramment français, anglais et le néerlandais est fortement apprécié.

About the role

As part of a job creation, we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor based in Paris to manage a head office and retail population located in Belgium within the HR department of PVH South West Hub (France, Belgium, Spain).

Frequent travel is required to the Belgian headquarters in Antwerp.

You will be in charge of supporting your key contacts on all HR topics. As a true business partner, the main missions of the position are :

- Supporting the operational teams on a daily basis : HR advice, support for disciplinary and legal cases

- Labor relations: preparation and co-leading of Works Council meetings, management of IRP relations

- Management of a HR Officer

- HR projects: responsible for the deployment of local and European HR projects

- Monitoring of staffing levels and HR budgets allocated to the area

Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal obligations within your scope.

About the team

You will report to the Senior HRBP Manager HQ and work closely with the HRBP Manager Retail for all topics related to the stores and department stores. We believe that team spirit is essential and working in a positive environment increases performance !

Profile required

You have at least 4 years of experience in a general HR position, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment.

We are looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture.

Knowing how to anticipate, being reactive and being able to make new projects are key skills for this position.

You are an expert with the office pack and in particular with Excel and Power Point which you will use on a daily basis.

You are fluent in French, English and Dutch is highly appreciated.
